Terms of Sale

  1. Inspection upon Delivery: Goods must be fully inspected immediately upon arrival. Any complaints or claims on shortages or damages after delivery or shipment will not be entertained if not notified within seven (7) days.
  2. Payment Terms: Goods are sold strictly according to agreed payment terms. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on overdue accounts.
  3. Ownership: Title and ownership of all goods remain with Niron Industries Sdn. Bhd. until full payment is received and cleared.
  4. Delivery: Delivery dates are given in good faith and NISB will not be liable for any delays resulting from causes beyond our control.
